It means the unit passed all 50 checkpoints, was fully reset to factory using Apple's own recovery, ships with a 1-year warranty, and has been signed off by two technicians. Not a marketing phrase — a documented process.
What if the Mac shows up MDM-locked or with an Apple ID still on it?
It won't. That's literally why we built the security stage — eight separate checks specifically to prove the device is yours the moment you power it on.
Do you replace the battery on every Mac?
We verify battery health at intake on every Mac and use genuine Apple OEM cells whenever a replacement is needed. Healthy batteries stay as-is — replacing a good battery just adds cost and waste.
Is the 1-year warranty backed by you or a third party?
By us, in-house. If something fails, you call our Hollywood store directly. No claim portals, no third-party CSRs.
